Please Note:
NextHome requires errors and omissions insurance covering the franchisee and each of your licensed associates with a per occurrence limit of not less than $1,000,000. We also require a comprehensive public liability insurance, including products liability coverage, covering all office assets, personnel and actives on an occurrence basis with a combined single limit for bodily injury, death, or property damage of not less than $1,000,000. In addition, each franchise must also carry casualty insurance and business interruption or business owner insurance.
